Ned Schmecker was an arsonist who burned down a number of buildings in the 1950s only ending when he was caught in the blaze he set at his parents house. After he returns from Hell, he poses as a fireman to burn down the same sites.When using his powers, he turns into a flaming molten rock being with the ability to shoor a powerful line of fire along the ground. He injured Ben enough to land him in a hospital, however he is captured by Sam in the pilot with a dirt devil vessel after it recharges.
