Bobby Hartford Sr was the owner of a chemical plant who got into huge trouble over dumping radioactive waste into sewer systems. He returned from hell in order to get rid of a reporter, an activist and a lawyer who were going to expose his son for doing the same thing. The lawsuit would have ruined Bobby Jr.'s candidacy for city council. Hell had turned him into a slime based creature who was causing his son's adversaries to slip. For example he walks in front of the car and makes it slide out of control. He killed the other candidates by making them slip and fall, making causes of death accidental. He is captured by Sam using the ugly winter sweater
