Sam convinces Alan Townsend to tell him how Alan won his soul back from the Devil. In exchange, Sam must figure out how to relocate Alan to the Vatican, where the consecrated ground will keep him safe. Meanwhile, the Devil pits Sam and Morgan against each other to capture Bud Brown the next soul,Morgan loses his house,his car,his clothes,and his wealth,The devil finally captures Alan, Nina demands that Ben introduce her to his family, and Sock meets a woman, Olivia, at a funeral and tries to date her by pretending he knew her deceased professor.
